Vincent Fabron is a former French military marksman turned high-end weapons designer. Unbeknownst to Brimstone, Chamber orchestrated the destruction of the joint Alpha-Omega research facility (Fracture) to force both Earths to rely exclusively on his custom-crafted weaponry and teleportation teleporters.
